Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
For all Australian orders we charge a flat rate of $10 per parcel for standard shipping and $15 per parcel for express shipping. For all orders to New Zealand, we charge a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping and $30 for express shipping.
Delivery
Shipping Time
The shipping time for your delivery will depend on the shipping method and the destination of your order. It is estimated that deliveries within Australia should arrive within 3 – 7 business days, while express postage should arrive the next business day from dispatch.
Processing Time
Eluit prints are made to order. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for order processing before shipment. This time is required for printing, quality control, and packaging.
Please note that these are general estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors out of our control.
International Shipping
For all other international orders, we charge a flat rate of $25 for standard shipping. The estimated delivery timeframe for international orders is 10-20 business days from dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. All orders are sent using either Australia Post standard or express services – they do not require a ‘Signature on Delivery’. We will email you a shipping confirmation within 1 business day after your order is sent. Once parcels are listed ‘delivered’ through Australia Post tracking, we will no longer be held responsible for any parcels claimed lost. If you wish to ship with any other service, including adding a signature on delivery or insurance, please email us at [email protected] prior to ordering.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to make changes to your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
