Eluit reserves the right to reject an order for any reason and issue a refund before dispatch. Orders must be paid in full upon submission. Returns Policy

As all Eluit products are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Faulty Items

Every order is custom-made and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will offer a replacement or refund, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us promptly upon receiving your order. We will guide you through the returns process. You must provide images of the defect or damage for assessment.

If a fault is confirmed, we will determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the item based on the severity of the issue. Repairs or replacements will be processed promptly, and refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

We have taken care to provide accurate images of our products; however, variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings. Eluit is not responsible for colour discrepancies that are not printing defects.

As our products feature custom elements such as text and image, please ensure you preview the correct product as designed carefully. Refunds or returns will not be provided for change-of-mind reasons regarding customisations. 

Limitation of Liability

Eluit makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on this website. While we take security measures to protect your order and payment details, we are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access unless negligence on our part is proven.

To the extent permitted by law, all warranties and guarantees not explicitly stated in this agreement are excluded. If Eluit is found liable for a breach of an implied warranty or guarantee, our obligation will be limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent item, repairing the product, or covering the cost of replacement or repair.
